In ultima battuta della chitarra (v. Fine) non inserisce note (minime) insieme alle rispettive legature.
In the last bar of the guitar (v. Fine), it does not insert (minimum) notes together with the respective slurs.

Quando cerco di inserire le note (minime) con le rispettive legature alla fine del brano per la chitarra il sistema non le inserisce.

No, it is not a matter of tablature style. The system does not allow ligatures to be inserted in this case. It's incorrect.

It does not in simple tab, but does in common tab, check the score I attached, where I just ticked the corresponding box in the extentded staff properties and then added the ties

I solved the problem like this: click right on bar of staff and click left on "Staff/Part Properties"; click left on "Advanced Style Properties" and select "shows ligatures of the figures in the background". Thank you.
That indeed is the setting I meant, and amongst the ones that makes the difference between simple and common tab.
