Ues a section break at the last measure, append a vertical frame (for the movement title), append measures, enter music

Jojo, many thanks. But I'm embarrassed to say I have no ideas of adding a section break, and can find no reference to it in musescore, other than 'Edit>Select section" in the menu.
Could you explain how i add this section?
