I've looked this topic up but am confused by the advice I've read. I'm trying to adjust the spacing between the first beat of the measure and the grace note arpeggios that happen just before the second beat (see the attached PNG). I understand that the "leading space" function doesn't work on grace notes, but what other way is there to achieve what I'm trying to do?
1] What exactly are you trying to do? A sketch or accurate description of what you want it to look like would help.
2] Do you really want to use grace notes? Would arpeggios look better and be easier for the performer to understand? They would certainly be easier to input.
