Keyboard shortcuts

I suggest expanding the keyboard shortcut list. I like how musescore allows you to set shortcuts for some less used actions, such as accessing the synthesiser, beaming notes, exchanging voices and so on, but I feel like it's missing a lot.

I'd suggest adding the keyboard shortcut to access Preferences (could default to Ctrl+Alt+P), and more importantly adding text elements which are frequently used in orchestral scores (pizzicato, tremolo, arco, mute, open, etc.), would make life much easier. Thanks.
