Within a Text object: Clicking on empty line should allow user to set the Font-Size for that line (via Text Toolbar in 3.6.2 ... or in the Inspector in v4.0

Within a Text object I can click on empty line. But I can't set the Font-Size for that line via Text Toolbar.
Workarounds with adding spaces have proved largely unreliable, and are definitely not the type of things users should resort to.
