Cant download Musescore file.

So I have this piece of music I would really like to be able to edit in the musescore software (link is here; https://musescore.com/user/33046064/scores/7421525#comment-6921053) but whenever I download the Musescore file, it only downloads as a file called Mscz.

Its not me because if I go to another composer and download sheet music from that person, it works. Its just this one person that won't allow me to download the musescore file. Midi also doesn't work
I tried different computers, but that also doesn't seem to work.
I attatched the download folder of my computer

It's due to the japanese(?) characters and the .com server not being able to handle those well.
Simply rename the downloaded file to "something-you-want.mscz" and you should be good to go.
