Also, though, be sure you are looking at the right thing. The transpose command in MuseScore - the free notation software you download to and run from your computer - is found in the Tools menu. Also the Concert Pitch toggle on the main toolbar. But it's possible you are thinking of something else, like the score-sharing website musescore.com, or the mobile apps they support over there. n that case, you'd had to go over there to that web site for more information.
