Persisting right side audio white noise

When I boot up Musescore (using Windows 11), I at first get no sound while entering notes and playback does not work. After some time, the audio starts working in the left ear, but plays only glitchy white noise in the right. This persists outside of Musescore and after closing Musescore; it affects all audio I'm aware of until I restart my computer. It occurs on both the latest version and 3.2.3, an older version I chose arbitrarily as a test, even when Musescore reinstalled. I'm aware it may be related to Realtek, but that is all I've gotten out of other, older iterations of the topic; none of the fixes or workarounds I have tried have worked.
