Text in the frame?!
With the right mouse button in the frame I can no longer find insert text; where am i wrong?

Which version of MuseScore?
I'm guessing you are using an older experimental pre-release test build of MuseScore 4? There was indeed a bug a while back, fixed some time ago. Be sure to use the latest nightly builds in your tests.
