"Cover page" for scores - way to 'template' this?

For each score I upload to MS, I add a "cover page" before the music. This page has varying # of text blocks, a copyright graphic (sometimes another graphic). For easy changes in the text, I usually keep the blocks individual rather than one entire page of text.

I haven't found a way (or know of) to create a prepared "cover page". I have to re-create any "cover page" one block at a time. It would save me significant time if I could (mostly) finish a score, THEN prepend the "cover page".

The closest I have come to solving this is to create the "cover page" once the empty score is set. BUT, there are times the score goes nowhere, gets discarded. Any ideas how to have a "template cover page"?
