Is It Copyright?

I'm making a band arrangement (I think that is the correct term) for Fallen Down (Reprise) from UNDERTALE. I was wondering if I need to ask the music publisher for UNDERTALE for permission to upload it. I don't know much about copyright laws and it would be appreciated if I got a response.
