Error Download best quality sounds on MacOs

I have a problem with the sounds section in the Musescore software for MacOS
Every time I try to install the best quality sounds the download is incomplete, sometimes a message appears saying that the format is not valid, other times only the download remains unfinished.
I tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling and I can't get it to work, I also don't get any information about this in the questions section.
I would greatly appreciate your help.
