1) I had tried to open the mscz file of a score who had been working perfectly fine since its creation.
2) Then a pop-up appeared. It said that it was impossible to open my file, but he causes of the issue were not specified.

The file you are trying to open contains nothing but 0 (zero) repeated thousands of times. You should look for a backup file.
