Can't drag custom key signature from master palette to first (key signature) measure

Versions affected: 2.0.0 (1efc609) and 2.0.0 nightly (0c226ee)
OS: OSX 10.9.4

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Master Palette window.
2. Draw a custom key signature and click "Add". The custom key signature is added to the palette.
3. Drag the created key signature to the first measure. Nothing happens.

Expected: the key signature is added to the first measure as in MuseScore 1.3.
