It seems like the function to switch between concert pitch and notated pitch does not work. There is no difference if the button is pressed or not.
Maybe I do this wrong but I'll attach the score that I've been trying to print with g-clef for Euphonium.

Euphonium is not normally a transposing instrument, except when written in treble clef. So, change the instrument (in Staff/Part Properties) to the treble clef variant.
