Full Refund for Musescore PRO+

Hi -

I bought musescore PRO+ since I was under the impression that I would be billed 3.33 monthly, not as an annual package. I have since contacted support@musescore.com regarding a refund, but I wanted to ask here- will I get a full refund for my cancelled purchase? I cancelled it within an hour of downloading, and according to their terms of service I will receive a refund as I'm requesting it within 14 days, and I've cancelled it within those 14 days as well. A 40-dollar charge is too much at the same time, and I'd like a full refund, will I receive that?

Sounds like you are having an issue with the commercial score-sharing website musescore.com. for help with that site, you'd need to go over there to that site and contact their support team. We users here have no special insight into that other website and certainly no ability to help with problems.
