How to add left and upwars hooks in lines in MS4

I am trying to make a left hook in a line but I can only see the option for right hook. Besides, to make the hook upwards in MS3 you would input a negative number but it does not accept that in MS4. ( Although it shows the negative number if I open a document made in MS3 with the upwards hook in it).
