I find if I uncheck visible under the Inspector element the time signatures in a piece with multiple per measure, that whenever I reload the file or make any page sizing modifications, that some of the time signatures not visible will become visible again. From that point I need to re-hide it from visibility but un-checking it under the Inspector.

Workaround No ⇒ Yes

That is probably by design, as (at least some) are created automatically, and so no longe thpose you makred invisible.
But in staff properties you can disable time signatures, so better use that.
