Android App Not Working

Hello all,
I hope someone can help. My eight year old was using the Musescore app happily this morning when all of a sudden it began giving us the following message:
Something went wrong
Don't worry, please try again.
Try again
We have tried again. And again. And again. No scores are loading. We have:
Closed and opened the app
Restarted the tablet
Logged out of and back into the app
Restarted the tablet
Uninstalled and reinstalled the app
Logged into the app
Checked for tablet software updates (there are none)
So, I'm at a loss now. Any help would greatly appreciated!

The forums on this site, musescore.org only deal with the desktop score editing program. Mobile apps are dealt with on the sister site musescore.com. You may well find help on one of their forums - for example https://musescore.com/groups/musescore-android

Thank you. I am brand new to Musescore and this was the site I was directed to after I sent an email to the support staff. This is beyond frustrating and I appreciate your help. I hope you have a great day!

We (musescore.org users) share your frustration, but you are not the first and I suspect you will not be the last to be incorrectly directed here.
Try contacting the support for that App, either via mail or via their support groups.
