Pro(+?) Membership/App problems

I have a pro membership, I can see and download official scores using a web based browser but i cannot even view them in the app using my iphone or ipad. When i click the button to upgrade to a pro+ membership as it requests i do, it tells me that "we cant upgrade your subscription within the application because your membership started on the website. please click on the upgrade now button to go to the website to upgrade your subscription." I click the button, it takes me to a musescore web browser page that cannot be found.

I emailed customer support, and the automated response was "we see you want to cancel your subscription", followed by customer support saying i can simply log out and log back in. I try to do this, but the its saying my password is incorrect. Fine, I try to reset my password and EVERYTHING i do leads back to the dashboard. Even the box that says "enter your email to reset your password", fill it out, click submit, back to the dashboard.

I do not know how to contact an actual human, I do not know how to find help or information because every link on this website seems to lead to the dashboard. There is nothing about a pro+ membership on the musescore website and when you click on musescore pro at the bottom of any page, its a broken link that leads you, guess where, to the dashboard.

Do humans work at this company? How do i speak directly to one for help? Frustration is growing.
