In searching for the Theremin in Staff/Properties… Every time I went back the dialogue defaulted to Common and every time it takes 6 clicks to change to All / Electronic / etc to select the Theremin… but the real problem is that it loads as Ocarina Expr. instead… and Theramin doesn’t show up in the Mixer Sound: list at all.

In General MIDI there's no sound for Theremin, so the closest match, here Ocarina, gets used instead

Seems less than ideal to list instruments that don't exist. Thanks for the heads up.
There are on 128 sounds in General MIDI, but many more instruments
