How can i drop out?

Hi, how can I cancel my subscription? There was a misunderstanding, I thought that after the 7-day trial period my subscription would expire, as a trial period, but I received an email saying that I have contracted for a whole year, and I cannot afford to pay for it, it has elapsed less than an hour, how can I cancel my subscription? I want to unsubscribe.
