im new to this software, just started yesterday, and im not sure how to fix the problem where theres an extra bar with no notes in it and when i try to delete the barline it just adds a rest next to the note i put in the bar before it. the time signature is 4/4 but this one bar is 8/4. im not sure how to fix it. its on the very last measure in the file:
