When you install a VST3 instrument, MuseScore should find it automatically, and it should appear in the the Mixer along with Muse Sounds and any soundfont you have installed.

Will Musescore 4 remain only to VST3 or will VST be compatible as well?

Assuming you mean VST2, no, licensing agreements as well as technical limitations make that pretty much impossible.
