Noticing something similar in the Eb clarinet solo part of the attached Reed Quintet Concertino. From what I have gathered, this bug seems to depend on the context of the trill. When testing isolated trills on Eb clarinet in the attached Eb Clarinet Trill Test, they play mostly fine across registers, but when put in contexts that require them to be played quicker, something seems to want to elongate the beginning of the trill.
