Musecore 2.3.2 export cannot export in wav, mp3, flac, ogg. It can only export in mid.

MuseScore 2.3.2 is pretty ole and outdated.it won't receive further fixes.
Try 3.6.2 or 4.0.0, although the latter surely won't run on Vista, not sure about the former, Vista is very outdated and unsupported since years.
OTOH I'm pretty sure that 2.x can export wav, ogg and flac
Maybe it is an issue with a particular score
