Input the attached melody to a violin section in your score, I have it at a tempo of "largo".
The playback cuts off the high A flat a millisecond short and then cuts off the high C an entire eighth note too short, playing a dotted quarter to eighth note as two quarters. It does not matter where in the measures you start. Is this meant to simulate the violins rushing in the performance? /s
If it's moved down an octave, it's played correctly.

It looks like the harmony I wrote in the cellos is affecting it - it plays it closer to correct when the cello part is deleted
I can reproduce this. When moving from C7 to B♭6 the Violins 1 and Violins 2 sounds in Muse Sounds will dramatically rush the B♭, but not when the C7 is preceded by a B♭6. I tried out some other combinations, and some of them sound like they're rushing a little bit, but none so dramatically as this.
