Steps to reproduce:
1) Download MuseHub
2) Start downloading
3) Realize that you can change the directory
4) Change the download directory

After that, MuseHub will not respond ever again even if restarted. Removing downloading file in the MuseHub folder wouldn't do anything. Closing MuseHub with Task Manager destroys everything apart because a message appears that it couldn't connect to something, so I click connect and nothing happens. This only go away with reinstall.

The files will never finish downloading, after reinstalling MuseHub and wiped the downloads completely, the MuseSounds downloaded fine, but MuseScore itself wouldn't install again.

This may be unrelated, after installing MuseScore 4 version without MuseHub with a glitched MuseHub installed, no sound comes out and the mixer only show the silhouettes of the channels, the channels itself are gone. After restarting computer, these issues gone away but the MuseHub was still glitched with message "Muse web helper service is not running" with a button that does nothing.

There is also no obvious indication of how MuseSounds weights in GBs, I was instally installing in a drive with 7 GB left, but all the Muse libraries apparently weights 13 GB, thats why I changed during the download.
