Dynamics stack, should rather toggle/replace one another

Hi,

I notices the nuances do duplicate and stack on top of each other when applying multiple times a nuance to a note. I think it should not stack but replace the old one.

To reproduce, simply click a note, then a nuance, then the note again, and the nuance again.
It also puts multiple instances of the same nuance.

When selecting multiple notes to bulk add nuance, it add nuance to the notes that already had one.

I'm on windows 10 by the way.
