PDF Handbook with Bookmarks

The Handbook for MuseScore 4 saved using "Save as PDF" from a browser lacks the bookmarks. It makes naviagtion really difficult. Can the team work together to produce a single PDF file which contains the bookmarks? That will help millions of users. Thanks.
