1) Open a 3.6 score on musescore 4.0
2) Save it on the same folder and replace the original file
Now the score appears twice on the "New & recent" part on the home page

Anyway: this is not a good idea! There's no way back from a 4.x file to 3.x

I think I didn't express myself correctly. I wanted to update my scores and I didn't want to keep the original 3.x files and I just simply replaced them when saving. Now I have the 4.x scores appearing twice on the scores tab of the home menu. If I check the actual scores folder with finder, I can see there's only one file per 4.x score.
I have cleared the "Open recent" memory and everything plays nice, but the updating of scores still does not :(
