Different playing techniques by two voices in one staff/ two staves of the same instrument

I need this!
Ford example: the cellos in an orchestra are divided into two parts and the one is playing arco and the other one pizzicato. ATM a change of the technique of an instrument applies to every staff of it, and so i can't set them individually. This would be very useful, also for different voices of a single staff, like in MS3.
