send scores to Youtube

When i try to send scores to YouTube - it does not upload.
Also it is not possible to use second option to save a video (there is message but nothing is going on after)

MuseScore has no send to YouTube function - are you thinking of the score-sharing website musescore.com? If so, you'd need to report the problem over there on that site.
