Create vertical frame on first page, above frame title is in. Extend new frame to bottom of page to create a new blank page. Enter header information such as a word followed by " - $p", such as in the attached image. The pages numbers below 1 will not be shown, however, the word will be shown. The header is also shown above the title on the first page. This is especially an issue when attempting to create cover pages.

Currently, the workaround is to create an entirely new document and flip between the two as needed (to add instruction information). Then, after the project is finished, export the .pdf of both documents and use a third party program to attach the separate .pdf files.
