In the attached piece and photos, you can see that I added some measures to the end of the piece. I changed the time signature to 19/16 but the rests indicate 4/4. The beginning of the piece is in 19/16 so I went to copy / paste parts from the beginning to the new section that is back in 19/16. When I do, it pastes note values over the bar lines as if the measures were 4/4.
Additionally, I had also tried to use 12/16 as a time signature but Musescore would crash every time I attempted this. I finally settled on 2 measures of 6/16 as a workaround.

I changed the frequency to Always as I cannot get it to change the meter correctly at all at that point in the music. I closed out Musescore completely and rebooted the computer with no luck after several attempts.
