It appears the default behavior of MS 4.0 is for every score to have its own process and opens in a separate window. I can't get them to consolidate into a tabbed interface in the same window as in previous MS iterations. Am I missing something?

I am having the same issue.
As said: this is by design. So not a bug at all.
