MuseScore 4 won't Run on iPad or Windows PC
Hi everyone. I downloaded the recent update to MuseScore 4 and I have encountered nothing but problems.
On both my Windows PC, and my iPad. the MuseScore screen appears then it automatically closes. it will not run at all.
Has anyone else encountered this problem.

MuseScore doesn't run on iPad, so you can forget trying that further. But definitely runs on Windows. Which version of Windows, and have you installed recent enough OS updates? I think it has to be Windows 10 or better, also updates from 2020 or later. Also, did you install MsueScore from Muse Hub, or directly?

I am running Windows 10 and I have all the current updates. I had tried installing MuseScore 4 from Muse Hub, and I have tried installing it without MuseHub. The results are the same in both cases.
This may be related to audio devices. Could you take a look at my comment in this thread: https://musescore.org/en/node/338271#comment-1160393 and upload the logs from the test version linked in that comment?
Regarding iPad: do you mean MacBook or iMac? MuseScore for tablet doesn't exist (yet?)...
