MS4 File Corruption - Show Details
In Previous versions of Musescore, If a file became corrupted, you could select a "Show Details" option to diagnose the problem and fix it. (i.e. "Bar 33, Staff 12, expected 4/4, found 7/8" or something to that effect.) MS4 appears to not include this, any help?

The "Show details" is supposed to come back in a later release
Here is a way I discovered to identity the corruption:
1. In MuseScore 4, export the file to MusicXML
2. Open the MusicXML file in MuseScore 3. When the file is opened, you will see the file corrupted dialog. That dialog DOES have the show details option, which you can use to identify the locations with corruption.
