  1. Select one of many notes
  2. Click Properties
  3. Click Playback
  4. Input a negative number for Velocity (apparently, you can't add a number with a plus sign)
  5. Listen for changes

But offset works in MuseScore 3.6

Speaking of offsets, if negative numbers are supposed to be negative offset, how can we input positive offset?
