Playback issues
Recently downloaded Musescore 4 and the MuseSounds to go along with it. I have an issue, most notably in one piece, where the first 30 or so measures are just the parts blaring, not playing any rhythms just holding the same dissonant notes out. I can sometimes make out the notes that are supposed to be playing in the background, but overall it's just a ton of random noise. Then, near the end of that same piece, the sound just cuts out in the middle of a measure so I cant hear any of the end of the piece. Any ideas how to fix it? I'm using the french horn (horns a6) and cimbasso musesounds if that matters

I completely forgot to reply to you oops. I've tried everything that post says, but it still does it. Here's the score if you want to see if it does it for you. The loud blasting noise is right at the beginning, then the part where it cuts out is at measure 992-993

That score certainly does have a long history, created Apr 26 2018, do you still have the 2.x version of it? Or a 3.x version?

If I do, it's on an older laptop. Something else that might be important, is that if I change the sound fonts back to MS Basic, it plays with no problem. It seems like it's a problem with Musesounds, but this is the only arrangement that does this, and it does it on two different computers.

And on mine too. Indeed looks like a Muse Sound issue
