Use two Voices:
Create the doted quarter note, add grace notes, correct the pitches, add a slur.
In Voice 2, create the half note, add its grace note etc.
Now change the horizontal offset of the Voice 2 grace note to overlap the other note, move the slur to the desired position and any other tidying up as necessary.
