Cannot open more than one score in one window

1) open a score in musescore 4
2) go to the 'home' section
3) open another score

What happens is that another musescore 4 icon appears in my dock (MacOS) and it opens a second musescore 4 separately containing the other score. The functions of the second musescore stays the same.
I do not know if opening multiple scores in the same window was removed in musescore 4, or if this is a bug.
