Trying to get back to an old account

Hi. I was a Pro user in 2021. I had a stroke and then a second stroke some months later. Now that all is well, trying to get back to my old account and update it. I have the user name and old email address, however I used a cryptic password that is forever lost in my brain :).

Is there a way to ger back into the old account? I have tried all that is available (I think) and cannot get to it. Can an admin or someone locate the information and let me verify that it is me and get me back into the old account so I can update it? HELP?
