Since updated to muscore 4 every time I save the project it collapse and after I enter again It's not saved. also, the program is very slow and not responsive

I thought to wait a bit before mentioning this odd behaviour of MS4 because I can point nowhere and say this action is the reason, but Guy mentioned it, so...
I open a score, enter a new notes therein, play some measures now and then, hit the save button now and then, and when I finish, not very soon after I started, I hit the save button one last time and close the program by hitting the X in the window right up corner. The X regularly crashes the program. Windows tells that the program has crashed. I think I never lost the latest edits, and the score opens next time in normal manner.
This may or may not be related to the problem Guy has.
