Crazy Playback issue Musescore 4

1. Create a Score.
2. Place a couple of instruments in and place some notes in.
3. Click File -> Open
4. Rename the score while it's open
   This should cause the playback to raise the pitch of the instrument sounds way higher than normal and make the audio incredibly laggy. It will also decrease the tempo by a lot. All of this will take place on every score you open from here on out. I have entirely restarted my computer and Musescore several times. The issue persists.

Basically, I named the score the wrong name and tried to rename it. There was no "Rename" option so I tried to rename it from the Open menu or the Home page. This is what ensued. I was making an arrangement of a cover for a rock band setup with two horns.
