How to reinstall MuseScore version 3

I need to go back to version 3.2.3. I don't have time to learn how to use version 4 since it is so drastically different. I much prefer the use of tabs in version 3.2.3 to the new file management system. And I find it difficult to change tempos. When I change the tempo on a file built with 3.2.3, It plays in shifting tempos.

I have many .mxl files I developed in 3.2.3 and earlier versions for use in my educational project. But I find it difficult to edit them in version 4.1.

I downloaded a .zip file of version 3.2.3 but I don't know how to build the program and don't have time to learn how.

Is there a way to get the 3.2.3 install download for Windows 10?
