A Way To View Uploaded Scores On A Desktop App

I basically would like to have either a new dedicated app, or an addition to the notation software so that you are able to search for and view music that has been uploaded to musescore.com without having to go to the browser website. I know its possible because the mobile apps are able to do it. In short, I basically want a desktop app or program on windows that works like the mobile apps do (Searching/browsing music, Playback of music) while being on a laptop. Some really nice features to include in this would be: The practice feature from the mobile app where you can separate one specific part from the score and play it at different tempos. The ability to compile a "songbook" with multiple music files. A viewer where you can basically view a score or a part in pdf format to be able to use for performance. And one final nice to have feature would be the ability to draw on the said scores in the songbook or viewer so that you can write notes in the music during rehearsals and such.

If anyone knows any program or application for windows that would allow me to do these things please let me know!

Yes, but I would love to be able to search scores from that app and play them and separate parts just like you can on the mobile app. A different windows program would work for this as well. I just want to be able to search for music on my laptop and view parts without being in the browser so that it is better formatted and doesn't have issues like when I use my laptop in tablet mode in my desktop.
