1) open program
2) start new project
3) insert note
4) play
5) results in no sound, not even the metronome

Hi, thanks for yor answer. I checked the related topic in the faq page and it didn´t solve the problem. There´s no synthesizer option in the view menu, in my muse4 installation at least. I can see the option called playback setup, and the musescore basic profile is checked as active. Don´t know what else to do, still no sound
