Instrument for Jazz Writer please?

Greetings,

I selected "recorder" as the Instrument, as the lease irritating voice I could find

but now I'm getting Red Notes. (I read the issue is "out of range" )

QUESTION please: does anyone have a suggestion for a ..
* simple voice (not irritating)
* no "limit on range" (so no red notes?)
