Cannot get MuseSounds to work

I cannot get MuseSounds to work.

I have Muse Hub installed.
In Muse Hub, I have clicked the "Get" button for various sound sets, but it does not appear that anything happens.
When I go into MuseScore, and open the mixer, it says that Muse Sounds are inactive, and only allows me to select "MS Basic".

If I select "File" => "New" in MuseScore, I am only given a choice of "MS Basic" instruments.

Any suggestions?

You mean, you don't see any indication that the sounds actually download when you press Get? The Get button never changes to a checkbox? If so, could be some sort of firewall or other issue. For help with Muse Hub, please check out their dedicated support site at musehub.zendesk.com

I had the same issue, try restarting the program by selecting the settings cog in MuseHub selecting "Quit" and then opening MuseHub once again. I am on a Mac, so it might be a little different but I hope this helps.
